Cancellations/Rescheduling Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.   Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee based on service.  Thank you for understanding. 

If you are sick please reschedule your appointment.  Please follow my cancellation/rescheduling policies to avoid cancellation fees. 

Missed Appointments

If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows they are required to pay 100% of the total of the missed appointment before being rebooked.

Late Arrivals

We respect your time and ask that you respect our’s.  If a client is 15 minutes late and there is not enough time to perform service, you will be required to pay 100% of the service and will be considered a no-show.
